Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Festival Exhibit Guidelines

We are pleased to have you as an exhibitor at the 2019 Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Festival. The event venue is Santa Clara Convention Center located at 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054. This document will specify some guidelines on what to do and what not to do before, during and after the exhibit.

General Information

After payment, please give us names and emails of two attendees from your organization.
We will send two E-Tickets to the email addresses that you provide.
Make sure to print and bring your E-Ticket with you to ensure fast badge pick up.
Upon your arrival at the conference you will be able to pick up your badge at the Registration Desk area, which is located at the entrance of the conference.

Booth Size

Exhibitors Package includes:

A 6feet x 30inches table
Two chairs
Linens
Skirting
Area for you to set up your booths and display your materials

Not included:

Electrical
Booth Cleaning
Any additional services/booth construction

Booth Hours

You can start setting up at 8:00am, should finish setting up your booth by 9:30am. Your booth must be staffed and open for business during the exhibit hours between 9:30am and 5:00pm. You may not dismantle your booth prior to exhibit close. Neither Entrepreneur Festival Organization Committee nor Santa Clara Convention Center assumes the responsibility of storage of any item before, during and after the event. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a fine and/or losing priority status at future entrepreneur festivals.

You can set up your booths between 8am and 9:30am. All booths must be set up before 9:30am on Thursday, May 2, 2019. No set-up is allowed after 9:30am.

Clear Aisle Policy

To improve safety, efficiency and easy navigation of the aisles, the Entrepreneur Festival Organization Committee requires that exhibitors always keep aisle clear. Cardboard boxes and suitcases with product and other product-related materials may be kept in the booth for exhibit but should not be placed in the aisle.

Electrical

Electrical is not included with your booth package. You might purchase electrical package from the Convention Center if needed. We can connect you with the person in charge of electricity in the Convention Center.

Inflatables & Balloons

Inflatables & balloons are not permitted in the venue without prior written approval. For more details email sandy@dingdingtv.com.

Promotional Distribution

Distribution of any printed materials, samples or other articles shall be restricted to the exhibitor’s contracted space. Signs or advertising devices shall not be displayed outside of exhibitor’s own space. If you have any questions relating to this subject or would like more information on outside advertising, please contact sandy@dingdingtv.com.

Security

Neither Entrepreneur Festival Organization Committee nor Santa Clara Convention Center assumes any responsibility for personal property, loss or theft. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to take care of your own booth, promotional materials and personal belongings.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Santa Clara Convention Center exhibit hall, lobbies, meeting rooms during move-in, move-out, and the exhibit hours.
