Founded WE Marketing Group in 2005, the leading independent marketing services group with over 300 staffs across 5 offices in China. WE offers full marketing services from strategic planning, creative, social and digital, media, e-commerce to data driven new retail solutions. Clients serviced by WE include Mercedes Benz, Lufthansa, Visit California, Cisco, Estee Lauder, ICBC, China Car Rental, amongst many others.
Before starting WE, Viveca was Chairman & CEO of Grey Global Group China/Hong Kong and is the chief architect in building Grey’s business and all its integrated capabilities in the region.
She is recognized as a pioneer in China advertising and first mover in digital, social, CRM, e-commerce and use of new technology in marketing.
Viveca serves on the Board or Council Member of various business associations including HK Management Association, HK Chamber of Commerce in China, HK Design Center, China Digital Marketing Association, IECIA etc. She is also Judging Chair for most major marketing and digital awards. Viveca received over 50 personal awards including Ad Age Global’s “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising”, AMCHAM “Professional Women of the Year”, Campaign China’s “Digital Hall of Fame”, and most recently, “Top 10 Most Influential Advertising Person in China in past 40 years” and “Notable Contribution to Digital Marketing in China in Past 10 Years”.
