Speaker Guidelines
We are honored to have you as a speaker at the 2019 Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Festival. Leaders like you are what make the Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Festival into an annual, preeminent platform for Asian and US innovators and investors.
General Information
- You will receive your E-Ticket by email shortly after we got your Email address
- Make sure to print and bring your E-Ticket with you to ensure fast badge pick up
- Upon your arrival at the conference you will be able to pick up your badge at the Registration Desk VIP area which is located at the entrance of the conference.
- As a speaker/judge you will have access to all the conference halls and the VIP Dinner
Your Presence
Please arrive 30 minutes before your session. This is important for us to be able to:
- Confirm how you will be introduced
- Give you final instructions
- For panel speakers only: Introduce you to your fellow panelists
- Please be mindful of the schedule.
Your Session
As a Keynote Speaker:
- Strictly control time and respect your speaking slot and others’ as well
- Please send your presentation to the Speaker Manager before April 15, 2019*
- Please focus on the theme of Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs Festival. ( You need to discuss about the topic with the organizer)
- Your speech and slides should all be in English
* If you would like to make any additional changes to your presentation after this date, please send the new version to the Speaker Manager by April 25th, 2019.
As a Panel Speaker:
- Please prepare a 2 minute, succinct introduction of yourself to lead off the panel
- You are expected to attend the session in full
- Each response on the panel should not exceed 2 minutes
- Follow the lead of the moderator
- Keep your responses on topic
- Refrain from misusing your speaker opportunity to promote your company
- Slide presentation may not be used by panel speakers
As a Moderator:
- Co-ordinate with organizers and panelists ahead of time.
- Prepare the questions and send these to the panelists and Speaker Manager before April 14, 2016
- Moderate the panel discussion, pacing, and Q&A time.
- Control the time and follow the schedule.
- Be present throughout the session.
- Give us your feedbacks on the session after the conference
Permission Regarding Media
All speakers acknowledge that Medias on Silicon Valley Entrepreneur Festival have your permission to use your image, recording or quote any comments you make at this conference.
In Case Of Emergency
You will need to inform the Speaker Manager of any possible changes in terms of: cancellation, time delay, replacement (name and title of your substitute), title of speech, edited presentation etc.

We pride ourselves on providing material that is interesting, educational, and entertaining to a global audience. We want to provide solid perspectives on the current state of the industry. Therefore, we kindly ask you refrain from commercializing your time on stage. Doing so will benefit not only your company, but the conference as a whole.
